Shipping Policy
Hemjey Tech Innovations processes and ships orders within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary based on customer location and the selected logistics partner, but deliveries within Nigeria typically take 2–7 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Ownership and risk of purchased items transfer to the customer upon delivery to the provided address. Hemjey Tech Innovations shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with applicable Nigerian consumer protection regulations. Refund requests are only considered for items that are defective, damaged at the point of delivery, or materially different from the product description.
Customers must submit a refund request within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by verifiable evidence such as photographs or video recordings. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted where applicable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order cancellations are permitted only before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are accepted solely for products that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and submitted within 3 days of delivery. Where the fault is not attributable to Hemjey Tech Innovations, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Hemjey Tech Innovations does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items damaged due to misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
